[TEMPORARY] Spotify history order shows 1 month family and 1 year individual. I made a claim to the seller to sort things out. Seller isn´t necessarily at fault, as the spotify website shows two different information. spotify´s support is also stating I do have 1 year family, but also 1 year individual and aren´t sure for now what´s going on. [EDIT] Spotify´s support: As you have subscribed for the Family Premium for 1 month on your account and then after that, you have subscribed to the Individual Plan for 12 months on your account, so the system has taken the Family Premium on your account and due to some technical reason, it is showing for next 12 months. But so you can use the Family Premium features at the price of Individual Premium and after this your account will revert backs to free. Note: Spotify´s suport gave me different informations through our discussion so I don´t trust them 100% on if teh family will work one year as it should (in case they fix the issue). For extra safety, I keep this as bad review until end of january in case I need to elevate the claim. Otherwise, I can´t as the paltform will consider removing the bad review as issue settled.
