The seller restored my access and kept responding until the issue was resolved. Communication was good, and the membership is active again.
However, the subscription may require additional steps if access is suspended, so don´t expect it to work exactly like a standard Coursera Plus subscription. The seller did provide support and fixed the issue in my case.
