Terrible customer service. If you have a problem, they´ll just block you. And then they´ll refund your payment to remove the bad review.
The customer reported an issue with one of the products, and a refund was issued in accordance with platform policies. After reviewing the situation, further purchases were limited. The customer began leaving negative reviews on previously delivered products that had no reported technical issues at the time of delivery.
