I bought a 6-month CapCut account; they sent me two accounts, the first one didn´t work, and they said they couldn´t give me an answer until their "team" told them what to do. After waiting two days, they sent me a second account that didn´t work either, and now they say the team is reviewing whether to issue a refund. I’ve been waiting for a response for two days now.
We would like to clarify that we did not ignore the issue. The reason the refund is being reviewed is to make sure the case is handled correctly and that the appropriate resolution is provided. We appreciate your patience while our team completes the review. Our intention is to resolve the issue fairly, whether through a working replacement or an appropriate refund.

I bought six months´ access, but it worked for less than two months; the status never returned. I messaged the seller, but they aren´t doing anything to resolve the situation—I do not recommend seller!

I purchased the 12 month subscription but it only lasted one month and I contacted the seller and they said they will fix it but then ignored me for hours without a reply which is just not acceptable, let’s see if they will help or not

Please resolve this as soon as possible. I bought this on the 14th, and it is now the 17th, yet I still haven´t been able to use it at all. This is very inconvenient; please take action so I can start using it immediately
