**Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid this seller.** I purchased this product for **6 MONTHS**. It worked properly for **ONE DAY!!!!** I was logged out almost immediately and could no longer access the account. I contacted the seller, waited for support, and eventually received a replacement account. Guess what? **The replacement stopped working too.** At that point I had already wasted enough time and asked for a refund on **July 30**. They told me my refund request was being forwarded to their team. Days later: “our team will contact you.” Then: “it’s in progress.” It is now **August 12 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.** So just to summarize: I paid for **6 months**, neither account worked properly, I basically got **one day of usable service**, and now I have been chasing my own money for almost two weeks. And watch the response to this review. I would not be surprised if it is the same automatic response they always give: *“Our team provided support and this does not reflect the quality of our service.”* The conversation tells a very different story. It is honestly a shame I cannot attach screenshots here, because I have the entire conversation and timeline showing exactly what happened. The service I received was a complete joke. I would strongly recommend staying away unless you are willing to waste your time constantly contacting support and then chasing a refund when the accounts stop working.

Horrible service, I bought a capcut account for 3 months, it worked for me one day, I talked to the seller and he tells me that they are going to try to solve it within 24 hours. If I didn´t want to use it I wouldn´t buy it, IT DOESN´T WORK
