The key provided by the seller can not be activated via Steam in my country. The seller was rude and did not want to refund, stating that it´s my fault, that ROW "implies" some country restrictions (which he didn´t bother to list on the page with merchandise description), then sent me a couple of links (which were not a part of a description) telling that I should "familiarize myself". I do not recomment this seller, I´ve bought another key from another seller, which wokred just fine.
