Hello, I would like to request a refund for this order because the account is not working properly and does not match the product I purchased.

There are several issues:

1. **The account has a very large number of users/people accessing it**, which makes it impossible for me to play the game properly. This problem has existed since the first day I purchased the account.

2. **The game is locked and does not launch at all.** I have tried multiple times, but I cannot access or play the game.

3. **The activation type was not clearly stated as P2.** I purchased this product based on the understanding that it was **P3 activation**, not P2. This is an important difference and the product I received does not match what I expected from the listing.

4. Most importantly, **the game simply does not open**, so the account is unusable for me.

Because of these issues, I would like to request a **full refund**. The product is not usable and does not match the conditions under which I made the purchase.

Please help me resolve this issue and process the refund. Thank you.
