Обещали:

"We´re working on a solution - either providing a replacement account in most cases, or refunding the remaining months. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to resolve this, and we´ll get back to you as soon as possible."

Никто не связался, денег не вернули услугу не предоставили, и так два аккаунта подряд вначале один слетел и тишина потом второй слетел и недели не прошло

after few days i received this letter and seller´s support doesn´t answer me

У меня меньше чем через месяц после оплаты отключилась про версия. Перплексити пишет, что у меня закончился пробный период. Вчера написала продавцу - ноль реакции(((
