The account was not working when I purchased it, and for four days I wasn´t able to get any real response from the seller. All I received was an automated message, while my actual messages were ignored. Maybe the seller has something going on, and I understand that things happen, but this is the experience I had. I wasted several days trying to get access to something I already paid for, with basically no support. Just be aware that the same thing could happen to you. Good luck to the seller. Hopefully they improve how they handle customers.
the account its working good, we responded to buyer manually not automated message, the buyer have no password option like others, and that becuase his region or device and there is no instructions to change that, waiting his reply for OTP code. edit: code has been sent it to the buyer, problem solved

Unfortunately, I´m experiencing an issue where the app logs me out 4 to 5 times a day, forcing me to log in again every single time. It keeps signing me out multiple times a day, making it practically unusable for me.
the account only with few users and no one have this problem we see, there is no devices limit in using the app, we asking the buyer if he using normal app or linked devices system, waiting his reply

I got issues with account, profile get changed cosntantly, there a re too many users inside, description it says 7, but my profile changed a lot of times, I did nothad the PIN, vendor gave me instruction to change somebody else PIN, it lasted like a day, no susteinable if you are plan to use this. I had a previous feedback, but notice it was deleted, that is why I´m posting again.
account its working good there is no problem on it, this is shared account and all profiles its shared, there is no privet profile, anyone can use any profile to watch and can be more than one watch in same profile, there is no problem on that and account with few users, the buyer didn´t read description he thought that privet account that why

VPN работает только с серверами в Германии. В описании указано 148 стран, но фактически доступна только одна — Германия. Продавец не выходит на связь уже более суток и не помогает решить проблему.
Все серверы, предоставляемые по безлимитной подписке, доступны и работают, не может быть так, чтобы один работал, а другие нет. Жду ответа от покупателя, чтобы увидеть доказательства проблемы.
