The seller is making the process difficult regarding the product code. Even so, I was unable to log in because the code was valid for only 30 seconds.
When I asked for help or another code, he claimed I had purchased access for only one device—which is true—but the fact remains that I couldn´t log in.
He refuses to provide support or a new code, even though I was unable to log in; I asked him for proof that I had successfully logged in, and naturally, he couldn´t provide any, since no login actually took place.
I do not recommend wasting time and money on this seller, as he offers no support to anyone, and if you don´t enter the code in time (30 seconds), he won´t provide any assistance.
