❌⛑️NOT RECOMMENDED❌⛑️ I have been buying Top ups many many times, and I bought from this seller too once, this second time I buy in my Russian account he sends me KZT money and account becomes KZT (Kazakhstan) it can happen to new account if you send top up. I know how this works very well yet seller claims *Not his fault* when he Clearly sent me top-up in KZT and not Rubles, my account was 100% Russian and because of his top-up became KZT. Ok no problem right? Mistakes can happen. But he then bans me from purchases as well and says i should talk to Steam. VERY unprofessional Seller. Do not believe the ratings, what he provides is , is correct no scam, but his behavior is wrong when he made mistake himself.
