He doesn´t want my money back
I am very disappointed with this transaction. You were not honest with me. You never informed me that I must use a VPN.
Also, I paid 4.04 USDC, but when I asked for a refund, you only offered me 1.83 USD in parts, which is completely unfair and unacceptable.
This behavior is misleading and dishonest. I expect a full refund of the amount I paid.
