The main innovation of "Revolution" is a plot branch dedicated to the confrontation of pirate expansion. While the Coalition was focused on fighting the Dominators, the pirates, led by a mysterious leader, joined forces and began an organized takeover of power in the galaxy. Now you are free to choose who to oppose - the pirates or the Dominators, or both at once. The game has two full-fledged development branches - Dominator and Pirate, and you can complete them simultaneously. The pirate branch provides new unique titles, dialogues and tasks - both story and side. As part of the storyline, you can choose whether to play as a pirate or an undercover agent, which, of course, will affect the development of the plot and the character. After completing one of the branches, you can finish the game or continue the rest of the plot.

The main character, under your sensitive guidance, will take the path of piracy, being a greenhorn. Completing special story missions, he will receive new titles, gradually learning more and more details about the new pirate organization and its mysterious leader, whose activities threaten the existence of the Coalition. Depending on your actions, the future of the entire inhabited world will change: either you will put an end to the pirate invasion, or, on the contrary, bring the entire Coalition to its knees before the invaders.
The game has undergone some technical changes. The main menu, loading screens, backgrounds of planets and space bases have been improved, support for large resolutions, including widescreen, has been introduced, the planetary battle mode has been significantly improved - now it supports all the main technologies that are the de facto format for modern games.

• New storyline for pirates. After completing one of the branches, you can finish the game or continue the rest of the story. The player´s actions affect the future of the entire galaxy, and the balance of power in both conflicts can change dramatically not only because of the player, but also depending on the actions of the AI. There will be no identical playthroughs
• A large volume of technical fixes. Support for screen resolutions up to 1920x1200, multi-core processors, Windows® 7, anti-aliasing of object edges in 3D planetary battles
• The soundtrack has been expanded and supplemented, so you can hear over 15 completely new compositions, written to further immerse you in the exciting universe of "Space Rangers"
• Also added: 10 new text adventures, over 15 maps for planetary battles, over 20 missions from the government, unique non-story events, new equipment and micromodules, access to all battles in hyperspace from the main menu, and much more!
