Barotrauma is an atmospheric 2D submarine simulator featuring survival and horror elements. The game takes place in the icy ocean of Europa, a moon of Jupiter. Your crew must complete missions, explore the depths, and survive in an environment where even a minor malfunction can lead to catastrophe.

Pilot the ship, maintain the reactor, patch hull breaches, craft equipment, and fend off creatures lurking outside. Choose your crew role: Captain, Engineer, Mechanic, Medic, Security Officer, or Assistant. Whether the submarine reaches the next station depends on how well the crew works together.
