📦 HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
1️⃣ When purchasing, you select the desired plan—Goodnotes Essential or Goodnotes Pro.
2️⃣ After payment, provide the username and password for YOUR account linked to Goodnotes.
3️⃣ We log you in and issue the selected 1-YEAR subscription directly to your account.
4️⃣ After successful activation, we verify the subscription and notify you that your order has been completed.
5️⃣ Done! You continue using Goodnotes from your personal account with an active subscription.

🔐 YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY
• Your username and password are required solely for the subscription process.
• We do not change your personal information unless necessary.
• Your information is not shared with third parties.
• After completing your order, we recommend changing your account password.
• If you have additional login confirmation, you may be asked for a confirmation code.

🔵 Essential — subscribed for 1 year.
🟣 Pro — subscribed for 1 year.

⚠️ BEFORE PURCHASE
• Make sure you provide the correct account information linked to Goodnotes.
• The account must be accessible for login.
• If a confirmation code is required, you will need to provide it during checkout.
• Do not change your password or other account information while completing your order.
• The subscription period after successful activation is 1 YEAR.

↩️ RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
🔐 If a subscription has already been purchased using the account you provided, no refunds will be issued.
✅ If the subscription was not purchased due to our fault and we are unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued.
⚠️ If we have not yet started processing the subscription, but the buyer independently decides to cancel the order, a refund will be issued minus 20% of the order price.
❌ Refunds will not be issued after the selected Essential or Pro plan has been successfully activated on the buyer´s account.
🛡 The subscription is guaranteed to be completed correctly for 24 hours from the time the order is fulfilled.
⚠️ The guarantee does not cover issues arising from the buyer changing account information, losing access to the account, or not following the instructions provided.
