На все процедуры ушло примерно 5 минут. После оплаты указал ссылку на профиль свой и в друзья добавился бот. После чего, он выпал с ошибкой, что автоматическая отправка невозможна (см. описание, там это указано). После чего добавился человек с другого аккаунта и скинул ДЛС в подарок. Все отлично!
