Please stop trying to manipulate this dispute by pressuring me about the review I may leave. You have repeatedly demanded that I refrain from posting a review that accurately describes the facts and circumstances that are unfavorable to you, while refusing to properly address my refund request. That is completely unacceptable and makes your conduct appear even more deceptive.
Your claim that you can log in proves nothing. Hulu’s login screens, error messages, and authentication requirements can vary depending on the location, device, browser, account status, and timing, as shown in the attached screenshots. It is hardly surprising that you can access the account from your own device or from a browser that already contains login cookies, saved sessions, or additional authentication information. That does not demonstrate that the account works properly for me, nor does it prove that the service you sold was usable from my location and device.
If the account genuinely worked as advertised, you would provide a proper solution or accept my refund request instead of changing the subject and attempting to prevent me from documenting what actually happened. A buyer has the right to leave an honest review describing the problems encountered, including facts that are inconvenient or unfavorable to the seller. Trying to pressure a buyer into suppressing such information is inappropriate and only raises further concerns about your conduct.
The issue is not whether you can personally log in. The issue is whether the service you sold was accessible and usable by me under the stated conditions. It was not. Your repeated attempts to shift responsibility, rely on irrelevant technicalities, and pressure me over the content of my review do not resolve the problem. They merely make it appear that you are trying to avoid accountability.
I am requesting that the platform review the attached evidence, the full message history, and your repeated attempts to influence the content of my review instead of resolving the refund request. I expect a full refund for a service that was not provided as advertised. I will not be pressured into omitting or altering factual information simply because those facts are inconvenient for you.
I need to make my position very clear, both because I paid for this and the seller has repeatedly lied and dragged things out instead of issuing a refund, and also to warn other buyers so they don’t get scammed.
This seller is a complete scammer. They only contact me desperately when they want to hide negative reviews, but when I ask them to deal with the additional verification information needed to log in, they do nothing at all.
They log in for only a few hours at irregular times every few days, then try to force me to work around their schedule, while never actually taking the steps needed to log in and just repeating the same thing over and over like a parrot.
It’s no longer even clear what screenshots this scammer is asking for, but what does that have to do with actually taking the steps needed to log in? A scammer is a scammer. Plain and simple. Blocked? If a scammer blocks me, that’s fine by me.
Stop making excuses and refund my money. You have not provided the service, while I have already paid. Anyone can see that I am clearly in the right.
All you need to do is return the money. That’s it.

Do not buy from this seller. They are a complete scammer.
Even though I could not access the account, they refused to issue a refund.
They don’t have access to the email address or any 2FA setup, so to log in you’d have to get lucky and catch the seller while they’re online. But they only offer support for a few hours every few days at irregular times, so this service is effectively unusable.
They are nothing more than a scammer who drags things out for as long as possible and takes your money without ever delivering the service.
Other sellers provide perfect access at the same
