Очень остался доволен данным продавцом!
Во первых это отзывчивость. Я немного накосячил и оказывается что товар, а в данном случае ДЛС у меня уже был, но по каким-то невыдомым мне причинам стим мне всё равно предлагал его купить, ну это уже проблемы стима и неправильная информация от разработчика. Однако продавец пошёл на встречу и по моей просьбе смог изменить мой аккаунт на аккаунт друга, за что я ещё раз ему благодарен.
Во вторых это быстрота, ответил он мне буквально в течение двух минут и мы с ним почти моментально разобрались в ситуации.
Ну и в третьих это банальная вежливость в таких непредвиденных и каверзных ситуациях.
