🏡 FH-4 is a thoughtfully designed single-story frame house for comfortable family living and country relaxation. The project combines a practical layout, a large terrace, and dedicated stove-installation solutions to create the atmosphere of a true country home.

The 25.6 m² kitchen-living room is the central space of the house. Three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for the family and guests, while the master suite creates a private area for the owners. Two bathrooms make everyday life more convenient, while the walk-in closet provides practical storage.

The large 38.9 m² terrace extends the living space and is suitable for relaxation, family meals, a summer kitchen, or gatherings with friends. It also gives the house a distinctive architectural character and creates more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

The house is designed on reinforced-concrete piles with a timber grillage. The documentation details the pile layout, grillage, beam connection details, pile caps, waterproofing, and the connection between the foundation and the frame. The specification provides for 46 piles.

MATERIALS AND SPECIFICATIONS

The project contains material schedules and detailed specifications with dimensions, quantities, and volumes. Separate documentation covers the frame, walls, floor structure, roof, foundation, terrace, fasteners, windows, and doors. Solutions are provided for stove heating and safe chimney installation.
