Requirements:
Microsoft Office 2010 or higher with Access installed.
"Hotel" Database:
A system for managing hotel check-ins and bookings. It handles payment tracking, additional services, and guest registration (check-in or reservation) with an automated search for available rooms based on arrival and departure dates. Features include status tracking for room repairs, scheduled check-outs, and housekeeping management.
Key Features:
Billing & Documentation: Printing of payment and accounting documents.
Advanced Filtering: View current guests, upcoming arrivals (tomorrow), all bookings, paid vs. unpaid reservations, today’s/tomorrow’s departures, guest history, and monthly check-in logs.
Reporting: Generation of reports for any selected period.
Group Bookings: Selection and reservation of multiple rooms based on the number of guests and total cost.
Customization: Additional modifications are possible upon request.
Important:
Before making a payment, the buyer must provide the seller with the organization (or Sole Proprietor) name and Tax ID (INN).
Multi-user Mode:
If a local area network (LAN) is available, the database supports multi-user access (e.g., for two hotel receptionists and a manager). Features include administrator-managed access rights and temporary record locking: if Administrator 1 is processing a specific room booking, the record is blocked for Administrator 2 to prevent data conflicts.
Network Setup:
The database can be used on two computers without a full-scale LAN by connecting them via a network switch. This requires setting up a shared network folder to host the back-end file containing the data tables.
