💸 RETURN POLICY

Refunds are only possible if the order was not fulfilled and the item was not credited to the account.

If the order cannot be fulfilled due to the buyer´s fault, for example:

• Incorrect information was provided;
• The buyer does not provide a confirmation code;
• The account has restrictions;
• The buyer changes the account information before completing the order;
• The item was purchased by mistake;
• The buyer canceled the order after payment;

Refunds are processed minus 25% of the order amount.
This deduction covers the payment gateway fee and payment processing costs.
