📝 How to receive your game?

Before placing your order, choose the option that suits you.

1️⃣ You already have a Steam account with the China (CN) region

After completing your purchase, you will be automatically redirected to the game page. Simply follow the instructions and provide your Steam Quick Invite link in the following format:

The game will be delivered to your account as a Steam Gift.

2️⃣ Change your Steam region to China (CN)

⚙️ The entire process is fully automated. We safely and correctly change your Steam account region to China (CN). Suitable for both new and existing Steam accounts.

After completing your purchase, you will be automatically redirected to the region change page. Simply follow the instructions.

To complete the process, you will need:
• Your Steam login and password;
• A verification code if required (Steam Guard or email).

Once the region has been successfully changed, the game will be sent to you as a Steam Gift.

⚠️ Important:
• Your Steam region can only be changed once every 3 months.
• Before starting, make sure your Steam login and password are entered correctly.

• Play without using a VPN;
• Purchase any games on Steam;
• Use all Steam features without restrictions;
• Keep the game permanently on your account.

⚠️ Important information:
• Your Steam region can only be changed once every 3 months.
• Games received as Steam Gifts remain on your account permanently, even if you change your Steam region again in the future.
• The game´s language is not determined by your Steam region. If the game supports your preferred language, it will be available.
• Changing your Steam region does not affect your ping, connection speed, or network stability.
• In Electronic Arts (EA) games, online features use EA´s own services rather than Steam, so your Steam region generally does not affect server connectivity.
• You can continue using your existing EA account regardless of its region, including Russian EA accounts.

📢 Refund Policy:

✔️ If the Steam Gift has been successfully delivered and activated, refunds are not possible.

🔄 If the transaction cannot be completed due to the customer´s fault (missing required information, cancellation, or ordering the wrong product), a refund will be issued with a 20% processing fee deducted.

💡 If the order cannot be completed due to our fault, you will receive a full refund.
