We can credit your account with any amount you need (in USD). Funds are used to pay for server rentals using the Pay-as-you-go system (pay for actual usage).

💼 How the top-up process works (Instructions):
Payment is made directly through your account (with login). This is the fastest and most reliable way to deposit funds:
1️⃣ Select the desired top-up amount and pay for your order using your preferred payment method.
2️⃣ Go to the personal order chat (in the "Contact seller" section) and provide your TensorDock account login information (email and password).
⚠️ Important: If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled or the system requests a confirmation code when logging in from a new device, please be available to promptly provide it to the operator.
3️⃣ Our specialist will log in to your profile and top up your balance directly (in the Billing section) using a legitimate foreign bank card.
4️⃣ Immediately after the transaction is successfully completed, we will log you out of your account. The funds will immediately appear in your balance, and you can launch the required servers right away!
🛡️ Refund Policy:
✅ Seller´s Fault: If we are unable to top up your balance due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full 100% refund.
⚠️ Buyer´s Error: If you initiate a refund before your order begins (you changed your mind or entered the wrong amount), the refund will be processed with a 30% trading platform fee deducted.
❌ Once your TensorDock account balance has been successfully topped up, refunds are no longer possible.
