🏡 FH-18 is a compact single-storey frame house designed for comfortable country living. The layout is suitable for a couple or a small family looking for functionality, separate bedrooms and a convenient shared living area. The total project area includes the living spaces and the open terrace.

LAYOUT

The house has one floor and includes two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, an entrance hall and a combined kitchen-living room of 18.2 m2.

ARCHITECTURE AND MATERIALS

The project has a clean modern appearance with a single-slope roof and a spacious terrace. The exterior finish is imitation timber. The roof is specified as metal tile in RAL 7024, “wet asphalt”. The interior finish also includes imitation timber. The terrace is designed with terrace decking.

STRUCTURAL SOLUTIONS

The foundation is a 250 mm reinforced concrete slab. The structural section includes the foundation slab, base preparation, wall base layout, wall arrangement, terrace structures, the roof structure and main structural details. The foundation documentation specifies B25 concrete, Penoplex insulation, crushed stone, geotextile and compacted sand.

The frame uses timber of different cross-sections. The actual total timber volume specified in the structural section is 9.84 m3, excluding cutting and trimming. The project also includes solutions for facade and roof ventilation gaps, battens and roof construction.

PROJECT CONTENT

The architectural section includes general data, elevations, floor plans, axonometric views, sections, details, the roof plan, finishing solutions, window and door specifications, a site plan, ventilation solutions, stove installation rules and terrace details.

The structural section includes the foundation slab, wall base layout, wall plans and elevations, terrace structures, the roof structure, ventilation-gap and batten details, general frame views and timber specifications.
