DIZZUB — IT DEPARTMENT WORKSPACE
Tickets, shared shortcuts, a password vault, network tools and a LAN

connections and reports nothing about you.
A fit for isolated networks where cloud services are not an option.

► Dizzub — the staff workstation.

Installed on the organization´s server.
.NET 10 and PostgreSQL 16 are bundled inside the installer. There is
nothing else to install — no runtimes, no database engine.

• Your own categories — type one once and it stays in the list
• Comments, visible to everyone working with the same database

• Edit locking: two people cannot edit the same ticket at once
• Text search, filters by status and assignee, a "My tickets" view
• One click on a category name filters the list down to it
• Active workspace and archive
• "Completed in period" report — week, month or custom dates
• Reminders: a set number of days before the due date, or at an exact
date and time, with snooze
