⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: If your account is linked to a Rambler or Mail.ru email address, you must change it to Gmail, Yandex, or another email address. After changing your email address, we recommend waiting 3 days before changing your region.
📌 GENERAL INFORMATION
🔹 You can change your region to Kazakhstan, Turkey, or Ukraine from any other region.
🔹 One bank card is used for one region change.
🔹 If Steam technical support requests payment information, you will be provided with the necessary card details.

🛒 WHAT SHOULD YOU DO AFTER PAYMENT?
1. After payment, you will be automatically redirected to the paid product page. Find the "UNIQUE CODE" there.
② Open the "CONTACT THE SELLER" section at the bottom of the page and submit the code you received.
③ Use a Steam QR code or account information for authorization. After logging in, you may be asked for a Steam Guard code or email confirmation.
④ Once the process is complete, wait for the seller to notify you that your region has been successfully changed.
🔄 HOW DOES A REGION CHANGE WORK?
✔️ A Steam QR code is sent for secure authorization through the Steam Guard app.
✔️ After authorization, a bank card is created for your account, after which a small purchase is made.
✔️ Once the payment is successful, your account region is changed.
🚫 Games purchased during the region change process cannot be returned.
❗ IMPORTANT TERMS
📍 If you use Rambler or Mail.ru, first change your email and wait 3 days.
📍 You can change your region no more than once every 3 months. If the restriction is still in effect, the service will be performed after it is lifted. Refunds will not be issued in this case.
📍 Chinese accounts are not supported due to the increased risk of problems.
📍 For new accounts, region changes can be made without a bank card.
📍 Refunds for services not rendered due to reasons beyond the seller´s control will be subject to a fee.
📍 After changing your region, it is recommended not to change your password or other account information, and not to make purchases or top-ups for 1-2 days to avoid suspicious activity.
📍 Refunds for games purchased during the region change process are not possible.
