🛡️ WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty is valid for the full purchased 1-month subscription period.

If a legitimate product or subscription issue occurs during the warranty period, contact us through the official purchase chat.

We normally check and attempt to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

For difficult or platform-wide issues that require additional time, the resolution period may be discussed separately with the customer.

Warranty does not cover issues caused by buyer actions, misuse, violation of service rules, unauthorized account changes, password changes that prevent support, loss of account access caused by the buyer, or other circumstances outside the seller´s responsibility.

💰 REFUND POLICY

If a legitimate covered issue cannot be resolved and we cannot fulfill our warranty obligation:

✅ A 100% refund may be provided if an eligible issue occurs within the first 7 days and cannot be resolved.

✅ After 7 days, an eligible refund will be calculated proportionally according to the actual usage period.

⚠️ Refunds may be refused if the issue is caused by buyer actions, misuse, violation of service rules, incorrect information provided by the buyer, or circumstances outside the seller´s responsibility.

A refund is not provided simply because the buyer changes their mind after successful activation.
