🛡️ WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty is valid during the purchased 1-year service period, subject to the conditions of the selected plan.

If a legitimate product issue occurs, contact us through the official purchase chat.

We normally check and attempt to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

For difficult or platform-wide issues, additional resolution time may be discussed separately.

⚠️ FAMILY PLAN WARRANTY CONDITION

For the Family option, the buyer must not make account-security changes that prevent the required renewal process.

Problems caused by:
🔹 Changing the password
🔹 Enabling or modifying 2FA
🔹 Removing required access
🔹 Unauthorized account changes
🔹 Buyer actions or misuse

may not be covered by warranty when those actions prevent the service from being maintained.

For other plans, warranty does not cover issues caused by buyer actions, misuse, violation of service rules, unauthorized account changes, or circumstances outside the seller´s responsibility.
