Warranty is valid for the full purchased 1-year service period.

If a legitimate product issue occurs during the warranty period, contact us through the official purchase chat. We normally check and attempt to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Warranty does not cover problems caused by buyer actions, incorrect account information, password or security changes that prevent support, misuse, violation of service rules, unauthorized account changes, loss of access caused by the buyer, or circumstances outside the seller´s responsibility.

💰 REFUND POLICY

If a legitimate covered issue cannot be resolved:

✅ A 100% refund may be provided if an eligible issue occurs within the first 15 days and cannot be resolved.
✅ After 15 days, an eligible refund is calculated proportionally according to the actual usage period.

⚠️ Refunds may be refused if the problem is caused by buyer actions, incorrect information, account changes, misuse, violation of service rules, or circumstances outside the seller´s responsibility.

No refund is provided simply because the buyer changes their mind after successful activation.
