💰 HOW THE PACKAGES WORK

1 product unit = 1,000,000 tokens of balance.

You can choose the amount you need — from 1 million to 1 billion tokens.

After payment, the selected amount of tokens is automatically credited to your API key.

📊 MODEL COEFFICIENTS

Different models have different usage costs. Therefore, the purchased token balance is consumed according to the coefficient of the selected model.

The higher the coefficient, the faster your balance is consumed for the same amount of requests.

📥 WHAT AFFECTS TOKEN USAGE

Both input and output tokens are taken into account when processing requests:

• Input — context, messages, and project data sent to the model
• Output — the response generated by the model

The more context you send and the longer the generated response, the higher the usage.

When working with large projects in Claude Code or other AI tools, usage also depends on the amount of context included in requests.

📈 BALANCE MANAGEMENT

Your remaining token balance and usage statistics are available in the personal dashboard.

You can monitor your usage and see which models consume the most balance.

When your balance runs out, you can top up the same API key without having to reconfigure your applications.

🔒 PRIVACY

The API key is personal to you.

We do not use your chats or project content for third-party purposes. Data sent through connected applications is processed according to the API infrastructure being used.

Refunds are available subject to the product terms. After the key has been activated and used, a refund may no longer be possible.

💵 REFUNDS

1. If the digital key has been activated and connected for use — a refund is not possible.

2. If the key has not been activated or used — a refund is possible, minus service and payment processing fees.

If the key is not functional due to an issue on our side, we will replace it and preserve your unused balance.
