After activating the subscription, my account was locked behind phone verification because my phone number´s country did not match the country of the applied coupon. I completely lost access to both Pro and the free version of my account.

Support kept asking me to wait for 6 days, promising a solution, but eventually refused a refund and suggested that I buy a foreign SMS number at my own expense.

This restriction was never mentioned before the purchase.

This wasn´t my first purchase from this seller. The previous time, I also had to wait two days for my account to be activated, but the support team was much more responsive. Since everything worked without any phone verification, I decided to use their service again. In hindsight, I shouldn´t have.
