Сменил регион за пару минут. Продавец быстро отвечает.

Не без труда, но всё таки удалось изменить регион Steam, хотя правда в итоге и пришлось на свой страх и риск давать данные своего аккаунта, потому что сам (как изначально и хотел сделать), с включённым VPN не смог изменить регион, Steam, почему-то не позволял. Хорошо, что продавец оказался честным и сам всё сделал, причём довольно быстро! Рекомендую!
